*Full priced items may be returned within 14 days of purchase date. Tags must be attached. Items must NOT have been worn and in original condition. You must have a copy of your receipt. Items without a receipt are exchange only or store credit in the form of a gift card.
*Items eligible for return will be returned at full price paid within 14 days. If it is past 14 days, no refund or exchange will be given.
*Checks must include a valid phone number and proper ID. There is a $25 fee on all returned checks.
*Returns will be given back in the same payment form you originally used or can be used for store credit in the form of a gift card.
*Damaged or flawed items from manufacturing may be exchanged or returned determined by the owner.
*Shipping charges are non-refundable. The consumer is responsible for shipping returns unless item is a manufacturing flaw then situation is assessed by the owner.
*Please wear appropriate undergarments when trying on clothing. Please be respectful of others trying on the same merchandise.
*All shoplifters will be prosecuted, and will no longer be allowed to shop at Pearls & Lace. Please use good judgment.
*You are welcome to a free complimentary drink while you shop. You must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol. You cannot leave the store with any alcoholic beverage. It must be consumed in store only. There is a 2 drink maximum on all alcoholic beverages. Please use good judgement.
